As you drive along the expressway from Chicago into Indiana, you might notice something a bit jarring.

This is to the person who questions why Barack Obama, Alicia Keys and Tiger Woods are all classified as black: White America made the decision that if a person has one drop of blood from a black American they are classified as black. This is not our decision.
I was amused by the lack of logic in Michael Sneed's knee-jerk comment that Gen. Wesley Clark was "one brick short of a load" when Clark pointed out that McCain's POW hardship did not constitute executive experience and did not necessarily indicate that he would exercise wise judgment in a presidential role. Clark, who returned home on a stretcher himself, has always expressed, as have I and I hope all Americans, a respect and gratitude for McCain's sacrifice for his country. But, I'm sorry, as noble as this is, what does it have to do with executive experience? This was Clark's point that Sneed entirely missed. To confuse Clark's comment with dissing McCain's service is convenient politically to the GOP but ridiculous.
